As a church we are committed to serving out local community and beyond. We want to show the love of God in both word and action to everyone around us. We are therefore involved in a number of community projects that aim to help and change people's lives for the better.

Renew 23 Wellbeing Cafe is open on Thursdays 10am-2pm. It is a place where 'its ok not to be ok'. |

Aperture Photography Group meets fortnightly (1st and 3rd Monday of each month), Mondays 8pm. More details are at http://aperture-club.co.uk.
We are a small, fairly informal group and our aim is to encourage people to develop a deeper interest in digital photography and improve their skills. Some evening meetings are a practical session for people to learn new skills. We also have regular photo-assignments to encourage members to extend themselves, we don't have a lot of competitions. |
Art Group meets weekly, Thursdays 10am-12pm (term time).
This is for those who enjoy painting with water colours and would like to spend time developing their skills with other like-minded people. All skill levels are welcome. Individuals find time painting alongside other people to be very beneficial - exchanging ideas and experience often means they are able to improve their skills at a faster pace than simply painting on their own. |
Book Club meets approx every 2 months, Thursdays 7.30pm. We are a small, informal group who enjoy reading and catching up to discuss the latest book. New people are always welcome and you don't have to commit for any length of time. |
PBC Tennis Club is open to anyone who attends a local church and is or has been a tennis player. We meet at the St David's School Grounds in Woodcote Valley Road, Purley.
During the season we have club evenings on Mondays and Fridays and play on Saturdays with tea and cake available as the season progresses. The courts are also available during the week but nets
have to be put up and taken down for play between Tuesday and Thursday. Other social events are organised during the year and hopefully tournaments will resume again too.
