PASTORAL MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Location Church Office, Purley
Full-Time 35 hours per week (part-time arrangements may be considered)
Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (experience/skills/qualifications dependent)
We are looking for someone who is personable and highly organised to provide dedicated support to pastoral staff and coordinate key church functions. You will use your spiritual gift of administration and efficient working style, to support church ministers in their leadership, ensuring organisational efficiency to help Purley Baptist Church accommodate growth. You will be an important part of the church office team and work alongside volunteers, providing a welcoming first point of contact for all.

CHURCH SERVICES PRODUCER
Location Church Office, Purley

We are looking for someone to bring excellent operational leadership, communications and admin support as part of the church office team. Ideally you will have great people and communication skills, as well as being highly organised. You will be detail-orientated and eager to add professionalism to PBC Sunday services/special events and support the smooth running of church operations.

ASSISTANT CHILDREN & FAMILIES WORKER
Location Church Office, Purley
Part-Time 24 hours per week
Salary London Living Wage, £18,500 (69% FTE £26,940)
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Christian who has a genuine heart for helping children and families grow in their faith and participate fully in church life. You will use your strong communication and organisational skills and experience working with children, to build trusted relationships with families, volunteers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will work with the Children & Families Workers to provide support in encouraging and equipping families in their discipleship of children, strengthening children’s involvement across all congregations and expanding outreach to families in the local community.
