58:12 was established in 2003 by Purley Baptist Church as a registered company and charity. Its aim is to facilitate the regeneration of the 'island site' in Purley - the land bounded by Banstead Road, Brighton Road and Russell Hill Road, Purley CR8.
58:12 is managed by Purley Baptist Church whose vision statement is - building authentic courageous generous Christian community. The redevelopment will be one way that we will bring our values to life - in the provision of community facilities, housing, and a new church building.
Most people will recognise the steady decline of the town of Purley over quite a few years. This development will provide new community facilities in conjunction with the much needed redevelopment of the church buildings.
