Wendy Nodding – Purley Cross Centre Manager

The Purley Cross Centre Manager, Wendy Nodding, joined the staff team in April 2002. Married to Peter our Senior Minister, and the mother of two adult children, Catherine and Jonathan, she is responsible for managing the development of the Centre. In Guildford, she worked for Guildford YMCA for over 10 years as Team Administrator for the Youth Development Team. In her leisure time she enjoys walking, reading and being active

Helen Harris – Church Secretary

Helen has been on the Purley Baptist Leadership Team since 2000. She has been Church Secretary since 2005, a role that requires her not only to use her administrative skills, but also as someone who loves and is interested in people, she is able to help members talk through joys and problems relating to Church life. She is married to Derek and they have two adult, married children. Her interests include reading, walking, travelling and being a Grandma!

Kevin Ahronson – Church Manager

Kevin joined the staff in July 2006 having spent over eight years running a Christian Book store for the Wesley Owen group – and is passionate about the important role Christian books can play in the spiritual development of everyone. Married to Mary, with two grown-up children, Kevin oversees the administrative functions of the church, the website, church publicity and liaison with the staff and the numerous heads of departments. His interests include digital photography & film-making and birdwatching.
