Purley & District Male Voice Gospel Choir

What is the Purley & District Male Voice Gospel Choir?
Male Voice Praise is an organisation set up to spread the word of God. There are local choirs who meet together on a weekly basis and perform in their area. Throughout the year there are festivals set up all over the country. Everyone in the organisation is invited to attend.
We meet on Tuesday evening at Purley Baptist Church, between 8-9.30pm. We have a cup of tea and good fellowship together.
Who is it for?
As long as you have singing skills (sight reading of music is not necessary), we accept men of any age who are able to attend the weekly rehearsals as well as the various performances.
As a Christian group, all members should accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
Describe the activities
The choir travels all over - singing mainly at churches and old people's homes. Once a year we sing at the London Festival with lots of other choirs.
What cost is involved?
There is no membership fee. You will have to provide your own blazer, dark trousers and white shirt. The Choir tie is provided by us free of charge.
