Christmas Food Bag Collection

Every year at Christmas time, Purley Baptist Church members gather together a number of food bags for the West Croydon Refugee Centre.  All the bags contain the same items:

Large box of biscuits
Coffee
Teabags
Olive Oil
Jam or honey
Tin of TunaBags of Life
Bar of soap

This year (2010) we managed to collect over 80 bags, all of which were delivered to the Refugee Centre just before Christmas.  The centre was overwhelmed by the church members' generosity.
