Annual Community Fun Day

Every year, Purley Baptist Church opens up its doors to the local community to provide them a free day of entertainment.

With bouncy castles, art & craft rooms, a mobile farm (in 2010), hair braiding, live music and loads of other stalls, there is always loads to do.

Typically to church welcomes in 4-500 local residents, mainly families with young children every year.  Church members only attend as volunteer helpers - at least fifty are needed on the day.

We know that people enjoy their day out at PBC, because they keep coming, year after year. 

We provide it all completely free of charge as our gift to the people of Purley (a small charge is made for cream teas or the BBQ).

This year, Fun Day was held on Saturday April 30th (The day after the Royal Wedding).
