this is through redevelopment; providing community facilities, housing, and a new church building.

what's new?

Croydon Council granted outline permission for our development in January 2007.

Demolition of the old Sainbury building and adjoining properties was completed in June 2008. 58:12 is currently discussing its future plans with a developer.
